Job Development

Our staff works with each client on an individual basis to help them develop a cover letter and a resume based on their specific work history, and job goals. Job development specialist meet with the clients on a weekly basis and explore job options along with helping the clients with job seeking skills, applying to jobs and interview skills building.

Once the employment is obtained, Sysling Vocational staff continue to work with the client and help maintain and strengthen their job skills. Sysling does this by continuously meeting with the client and keeping in contact with the employer.
